Preferred: experience with a beauty, fashion or e-commerce brand · creator and influencer coordination · basic editing in CapCut · experience growing an account from a small base.
Include links to two or three accounts you have personally grown, with rough before-and-after follower numbers, plus one trend you called early and what it did for the account. Applications without account links will not be shortlisted.

Royal Rose Cosmetics Trading is the parent company behind two UAE beauty brands — Ruby Rose Cosmetics (premium) and Warda Beauty (accessible, online and retail). We already have people producing content and running the calendar. What we don't have is someone who genuinely understands why one post reaches 400 people and the next one reaches 400,000.That's this role. You are the person who reads the platforms, catches trends while they're still climbing, and turns that into follower and engagement growth we can measure.What you'll doTrends & algorithm growth (the core of the job)Track what is actually working across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube Shorts — formats, hooks, audio, posting patterns — and translate it into specific briefs our content team can shoot within days, not weeksSpot trends early enough to be useful; catching a sound at day 2 is the job, catching it at day 20 is notRun structured tests on hooks, thumbnails, captions, hashtags, cover frames, posting times and formats, and tell us what the results actually proveStay ahead of platform and algorithm changes and adjust our approach before performance drops, not afterOwn follower and engagement growth targets for both brands' accountsCommunity managementManage comments, DMs and mentions daily across all accounts, in the brand's voiceReply fast — early engagement is a ranking signal and we treat it that wayRoute product questions, complaints and sales enquiries to the right person, and escalate anything sensitive quicklyBuild genuine relationships with commenters, creators and repeat customersReportingOwn weekly and monthly organic performance reporting: reach, views, watch time, follower growth, saves, shares and engagement rate by post and by pillarReport what to do next, not just what happened — which formats to repeat, which to dropKeep a running library of top and bottom performers so the whole team learns from bothWhat we're looking for3–5 years running social media for a brand or agency, with results you can show usDeep, current, first-hand knowledge of how TikTok and Instagram distribution actually works — you should be able to explain why a video underperformed and be rightProven follower and engagement growth on accounts you personally managedFluent, natural English writing and a strong instinct for the global beauty internet — the creators, the references, the humour, the trend cyclesComfortable in native analytics (TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights) and able to build a clean reportGenuine interest in beauty and cosmetics, and enough taste to tell good content from content that just existsFast, self-directed, and online enough to catch things as they happen
