Job Description:
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups. Create and update sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system
Communicate with customers for order confirmations and updates. Track order status and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches. Maintain and update customer data and sales records
Assist in preparing sales reports and basic documentation
