Job Description:
§ Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups. Create and update sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system
§ Communicate with customers for order confirmations and updates. Track order status and ensure timely delivery
§ Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches. Maintain and update customer data and sales records
§ Assist in preparing sales reports and basic documentation
