Job Title: Architectural BIM EngineerDepartment: Engineering – DesignReport To: BIM ManagerLocation: Qiddiya, Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaAvailability: Immediately (Required only) Job Purpose:Lead the architectural design and BIM development of landscape and urban realm components across project phases, ensuring aesthetic integrity, constructability, and coordination with civil and MEP disciplines using Revit and Civil3D platforms.Role & Responsibilities:Develop, coordinate, and update Revit architectural and landscape BIM models (LOD 300-500) in alignment with project standards.Integrate architectural, landscape, and infrastructure elements ensuring clash-free coordination with Civil, Structural, and MEP teams.Prepare construction and shop drawings derived from BIM models.Lead QA/QC checks for model accuracy, metadata compliance, and documentation standards.Support site implementation with digital models, visualization, and as-built updates.Collaborate closely with engineers, planners, and contractors to resolve design conflicts.Qualifications & Skills:B.Sc. in Architecture or Landscape Architecture (mandatory)Certified Revit Professional or equivalent BIM certification — preferredStrong design and technical understanding of hardscape, planting, urban furniture, lighting, and irrigation integration.Proficient in Revit (Architecture & Site Components), Civil3D (surface modeling and grading), Navisworks Manage (clash detection), and AutoCAD.Knowledge of BIM data workflows, COBie parameters. and ISO 19650 standards.Strong communication, multidisciplinary coordination, and leadership skills.Experience Requirements:8+ years total experience in architecture and landscape design, including 4+ years using Revit for BIM authoring and coordination.Proven experience in public realms, hardscape, softscape, and site coordination with infrastructure and utilities teams.Familiarity with Civil3D for grading and coordination of site elements.
