Requirements
EducationBachelor's Degree in Architecture, BIM Management, Digital Engineering, or related discipline. Professional certifications highly desirable.Examples include: BIM Professional CertificationAutodesk Certified ProfessionalBRE BIM CertificationPMPRICS BIM CertificationDigital Engineering CertificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in BIM, Digital Engineering, Design Technology, or Information Management.Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use, masterplanned, or urban development projects.Client-side experience strongly preferred.Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and digital delivery across multiple asset classes.Experience delivering BIM through concept, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.Experience in Middle East mega-projects highly desirable.

The Senior BIM Manager will lead the Digital Delivery and BIM strategy across the Urban Core portfolio, ensuring the successful implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM), Digital Engineering, Common Data Environment (CDE) processes, and information management standards throughout the project lifecycle.The role will be responsible for establishing and governing BIM requirements across a diverse portfolio of mixed-use developments comprising public realm, public spaces, retail, hospitality, F&B, commercial office, civic assets, mobility infrastructure, and supporting utilities.Acting as the client-side digital delivery lead, the Senior BIM Manager will ensure that all consultants, contractors, and delivery partners comply with project BIM standards, information management protocols, and digital delivery objectives while supporting increasingly data-driven asset development and operational readiness strategies.BIM & Digital Delivery LeadershipInformation ManagementDesign & Consultant ManagementMixed-Use Precinct IntegrationDigital Engineering & InnovationConstruction & Delivery SupportAsset Information & HandoverGovernance & Assurance
