Rimal Al-Sahra SC is a new club and moving into it's 2nd season in the UAE footballing pyramid. Following promotion form the UAE Division 3 to 2 last season, we are about to embark on the next stage of club development. Key job description overview below.- U16 Youth National League Head Coach- Rimal Al-Sahra SC Development Centres Lead Coach- Assistant Coach (First Team)- Academy administratorKey responsibilities- Support the Head of Coaching in the planning, development and future direction of Rimal Al-Sahra SC's football and academy provision.- Work closely with the Head of Coaching to develop and implement the club's coaching philosophy, curriculum, methodology and player development framework.- Support the planning and organisation of the academy coaching programme, ensuring a clear and consistent approach across all age groups.- Take responsibility for the planning, preparation and delivery of high-quality training sessions across allocated age groups.- Lead the coaching provision for younger academy age groups, ensuring appropriate standards, practices and player development are maintained.- Lead an allocated academy team, taking responsibility for session planning, match preparation, team management and player development.- Support the Head of Coaching in reviewing and improving the academy programme, identifying opportunities for continued development and growth.- Maintain high coaching standards and contribute to a positive, professional and demanding learning environment across the academy.- Monitor and provide regular feedback on player development, including identifying individual needs and opportunities for progression.- Support the development of academy coaches through collaboration, shared practice and, where appropriate, informal coaching support.- Liaise with the Head of Coaching and wider multidisciplinary team to support player welfare, development and progression.- Provide coaching support within first-team training and match environments when schedules and requirements allow.- Support academy camps, performance sessions, events and additional football provision as required.- Act as a key point of contact for players and families within allocated age groups, maintaining clear and professional communication.- Contribute positively to the wider culture, standards and continued growth of Rimal Al-Sahra SC.
