The club redefines what a sports facility can be by creating a space where people can play, train, and connect in a vibrant, inclusive setting.Role Description The PADEL COACH will deliver high-quality padel coaching sessions to players of varying ages and skill levels, focusing on technique, tactics, fitness, and enjoyment of the sport. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting individual and group training sessions, assessing player performance, providing constructive feedback, and designing development plans. The coach will help organize padel events, leagues, and social matches, promote safe play, and contribute to a welcoming club atmosphere. Responsibilities also include maintaining courts and equipment standards, collaborating with other staff, and supporting community outreach or promotional activities related to padel. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.QualificationsStrong padel coaching expertise, including knowledge of techniques, tactics, rules, and match strategy.Experience planning and delivering structured training programs for individuals and groups at different skill levels.Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and motivate players in a positive, inclusive manner.Good understanding of sports fitness, injury prevention, and safe training practices.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with players, families, and colleagues.Organizational skills to manage schedules, sessions, and padel events or tournaments.Previous experience as a padel or racquet sports coach; relevant coaching certifications are highly beneficial.Comfort working within a tech-enabled sports environment and openness to using AI or digital tools to enhance training.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by club operations.Commitment to maintaining an inclusive, respectful, and safety-focused environment for all participants.
