We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Scheduler to develop and execute production schedules that ensure on-time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and smooth manufacturing flow. The role works closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to balance customer demand with manufacturing capacity while driving schedule adherence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules.
- Prioritize and sequence jobs based on customer demand, capacity, and operational constraints.
- Monitor schedule attainment, WIP flow, and production performance.
- Manage production escalations and recovery plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material, capacity, and delivery issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput, cycle time, and delivery performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
