Key Responsibilities:Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening CVs, and initial phone screening).Post job vacancies on various platforms and job boards.Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and HR operations.Help maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking records.Job Requirements:No prior experience required! (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or any relevant field.Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.Eager to learn, proactive, and a great team player.
