Provide on-site supervision for company projects, ensuring work is executed according to technical specifications, quality standards, and the set project scheduleSupervision & Execution: Direct and continuous daily supervision of all site activities.Subcontractor & Workforce Management: Manage and monitor subcontractors and site workers to ensure adherence to instructions and timeframes.Work Inspection & Acceptance: Inspect and sign off on all execution phases, ensuring full compliance with technical specifications and approved drawings.Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed daily reports to management covering work progress, completed quantities, manpower, and delivered materials.Problem Solving: Promptly address and resolve any site technical issues or operational bottlenecks.
