Title: Talent Readiness Hub DirectorLocation: Abu DhabiReporting to: CHROSubordinates: 2-3Role overview:I'm currently partnering with one of the largest and most prestigious investment groups in the region on a highly strategic senior leadership appointment.We are looking for a Talent Readiness Hub Director to build and lead a centralised Talent Readiness Hub, supporting the assessment and development of senior leadership talent across a diverse investment portfolio.This is a newly established, high-impact function with responsibility for shaping how executive and leadership talent is assessed across the organisation and its portfolio companies.The role will include:• Designing, launching and operationalising the Talent Readiness Hub• Establishing consistent leadership and executive assessment standards• Defining assessment methodologies, tools and frameworks for different talent cohorts• Leading periodic and event-driven executive and leadership assessments• Building and calibrating internal and external assessor capability• Managing assessment partners and vendors at portfolio level• Establishing robust assessment data, reporting and governance• Working closely with Group HR, portfolio companies and senior stakeholders• Using assessment insights to influence critical talent and leadership decisions• Building and leading a high-calibre Talent Readiness teamMandatory requirements:• 15+ years experience across executive assessment, leadership advisory, talent management or a related field• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles• Proven experience establishing or leading an executive assessment, succession or talent-readiness function• Strong knowledge of executive assessment methodologies, psychometrics and leading assessment providers• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to work across C-suite, HR leadership teams and external partners• Bachelors degree minimum qualification
