Requirements
* 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting.* Proven senior leadership experience, preferably within the Construction / Contracting industry.* Strong expertise in Project Finance, Cost Control, Cash Flow Management, Budgeting & Forecasting.* Solid experience in banking, financing, taxation, auditing, and financial risk management.* Strong understanding of construction project accounting and profitability analysis.* Excellent leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.* Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA is highly preferred.* Strong command of English and advanced Excel/ERP systems.
Description
* Develop and execute the company’s overall financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.* Lead Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Planning functions.* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.* Monitor project profitability, costs, financial performance, and working capital.* Oversee project accounting, contractors’ accounts, suppliers, client receivables, and payment certificates.* Manage banking relationships, financing facilities, and cash management.* Ensure effective financial controls, risk management, governance, and compliance.* Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports.* Provide the Board and Senior Management with strategic financial insights and recommendations.* Evaluate major projects, investments, and business opportunities from a financial perspective.* Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while improving financial processes and systems.
