Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Embed with engineering teams to observe and document current workflows — from requirements capture through design, simulation, testing, and release
Partner with experienced engineers and subject matter experts to identify high-value opportunities for AI automation and agentic assistance
Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and workflow automations tailored to engineering-specific tasks (e.g., design review assistance, test coverage analysis, documentation generation, simulation result summarization)
Build feedback loops — collect structured input from engineering users, measure impact, and iterate on solutions based on real usage
Translate complex engineering processes into clear problem statements and AI-ready specifications
Document your solutions, findings, and recommendations so work can be handed off and scaled
For This Role, You Will Need:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Hands-on experience (coursework or projects) building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks
Strong curiosity about how engineers work — you'll need to ask smart questions and translate domain knowledge into software
Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable interviewing experts and presenting findings
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Solid Python skills; comfortable building and deploying scripts and small applications
Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Power Automate) or RAG pipelines
Experience with version control (Git), REST APIs, and basic cloud infrastructure
