Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration. Requires strong knowledge of Windows and Mac-IOS operating systems, hands-on experience with networking technologies (LAN/WAN, switches, routers), and excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Must be able to work independently in an ONSITE role.

Role OverviewJoin our dynamic team as an IT Executive, where you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure and systems. As part of our team , you'll work in an ONSITE environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations for our staff and facilities.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and IT equipment , including laptops.Monitor and maintain company networks and servers to ensure optimal performance and security.Troubleshoot computer system issues and coordinate with vendors or higher-level support as needed.Ensure daily data backups, disaster recovery readiness, and adherence to IT security protocols.Support user onboarding/offboarding, including account management and access control.Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventory records.Strong Hands on knowledge managing CCTVHands on experience setting up the POS machine.
