Role Summary:
Responsible for developing and establishing the Enterprise Governance and Risk Management framework supporting governing bodies' decisions and identifying threats respectively, supervising the establishment of the Compliance framework, managing compliance, and improving business processes and operations. The Corporate Governance General Manager will play a role in establishing the Company’s Internal Control System that supports the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of policies and frameworks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish an enterprise governance Framework (including Data Governance) that supports the decisions of the governing bodies, ensures alignment of the strategical and tactical plans, defines roles and responsibilities, and sets the KPIs
- Develop and deploy the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (Including Business Continuity Management) that supports periodical identification of threats and considers appropriate measures to mitigate them through periodical monitoring and appropriate reporting.
- Supervise the establishment of the Compliance frame by designing and implementing compliance programs (internal and external regulations); Manage compliance and improve business processes and operations by supporting a program of internal audits and external assessments against adopted standards.
- Perform and/or manage internal reviews of SAFE’s Projects and Services against the industry standards (including maintaining active licenses with all governing entities).
- Establish and deploy the Company’s Internal Control System that supports the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of sound business processes, conduct reviews and monitor compliance with approved policies, procedures, and frameworks, using the Continuous Improvement Process, identify processes requiring improvement, coordinate prioritization and implementation of these improvements using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Lead the development of SAFE’s cyber security program (policies, procedures, protocols, regulations, standards, etc.). Advise and direct Corporate IT and Technology Solutions on implementing and operating cyber security measures and safeguards.
- Manage the dealings, discussions, and representation of SAFE with external regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Business Management / Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in various rules.
- Prefer Professional Certificates: MBA, GRCP, CRMA, CISA
