Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) and a minimum of two years of teaching experience in primary education. A strong understanding of assessment, differentiation, and inclusive practices, along with an excellent command of English, is essential. Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and wellbeing requirements is also necessary. Experience teaching in UAE or international schools and familiarity with KHDA inspection standards and UAE MoE curriculum requirements are desirable.

Job DescriptionPurpose of the RoleA Primary Teacher at Smart Vision School is responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum, supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of all learners. The teacher will create a positive and nurturing classroom environment, adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs, and encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.This role aligns with UK Teachers Standards, the KHDA Education Inspection Framework, and the UAE Ministry of Education (MoE) primary curriculum, ensuring excellence in teaching, safeguarding, wellbeing, inclusion, and student achievement.
