Must have strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a strong understanding of Arabic wedding traditions. Arabic speaker with established local market knowledge and an existing network within Qatar or the GCC market is preferred.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Wedding Sales, Events Sales, Catering Sales, or Hotel Sales. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational and event-planning skills. Strong understanding of Arabic wedding traditions and cultural preferences. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by event schedules. Arabic speaker with established local market knowledge. Experience handling high-profile weddings and social events. Existing network of wedding planners, influencers, and event suppliers within Qatar or the GCC market. Passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
