Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience in the lubricants sector (automotive, industrial, or marine oils) within the GCC/Middle East region, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a managerial or senior account role.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic fluids, industrial greases, base oil markets, and OEM approvals.

  • Network: Established relationships with key fleet owners, workshop chains, spare parts stockists, and industrial accounts in the region.

Market & Business Development: Formulate and execute aggressive sales strategies to acquire new B2B key accounts, industrial clients, transport fleets, workshop networks, and retail distributors.Brand & Product Promotion: Act as the primary brand ambassador for the principal brand, driving brand visibility, product awareness, and market share growth across designated territories.Channel & Fleet Management: Build and manage relationships with auto spare parts dealers, independent workshops, transport companies, heavy equipment operators, and manufacturing units.Technical Value Selling: Conduct technical product presentations, recommendation studies, and lube audits to showcase cost-efficiency, drain interval benefits, and performance specs (API, ACEA, OEM approvals) to B2B clients.Distributor Operations & Sales Strategy: Set quarterly/annual sales targets, track field performance, oversee inventory planning, and optimize distribution routes and trade margins.Credit & Debt Management: Ensure strict adherence to commercial terms, manage credit lines for key accounts, and drive timely receivables collection.Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, base oil fluctuations, and industry developments to advise management on commercial adjustments.
