Job description
Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment.
Attend to guest room maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting issues.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Ensure all maintenance work is completed in accordance with health, safety, and hotel standards.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
Report major repairs or equipment failures to the Engineering Supervisor.
Support energy conservation initiatives and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Qualifications
