Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance programs.. Respond promptly to maintenance requests.. Repair damaged walls, ceilings, flooring and architectural finishes.. Perform plastering, painting, tiling, waterproofing and carpentry repairs.. Conduct inspections and report structural concerns.. Respond to emergencies involving water ingress, flooding and building defects.Safety and Compliance. Follow all Health, Safety, Fire and Environmental procedures.. Use PPE correctly and report hazards immediately.Guest Service. Maintain professional and courteous interactions with guests..
