We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and construction staff to ensure work quality and productivity.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project timelines to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate risks to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
Requirements:
