Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience in commissioning/operation readiness, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects. Experience in the GCC region and with sour gas, Hydrogen production, or Hydro-desulfurization projects is preferred.

Having a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience in the commissioning / operation readiness position with experience in GCC region as preference. Must have at least (5 ) years of experience in a similar position in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects with preference of commissioning sour gas ,Hydrogen production, Hydro-desulfurization projects.Coordinate with Licensors and Vendors to ensure close monitoring of commissioningactivities are within Licensors and Vendors guiding procedures.Responsible for the progress of commissioning activities of sales gas and Condensatearea.Review pre-commissioning and commissioning Procedures. Provide the required advice and support for Sr. Commissioning Manager a. Review commissioning manuals issued by EPC Contractor or Vendors. Verify mechanical completion certificates requirements for various systems andsubsystems.Participate in commissioning meetings and other related meetings. Participate in troubleshooting analysis to resolve commissioning obstacles. Verify the readiness of systems/subsystems for MC and RFSU certificates issuance. Monitor and approve the close out of punch lists in his area.
