Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day field support for SAT, energization and functional testing. Supervise technicians and subcontractors working on SMCC, MCC, SCADA, transformers, switchgear, motors and heater testing. Prepare testing dossiers, drawings, single-line diagrams, schematics, procedures, test sheets and tool packages. Ensure testing procedures are strictly followed and results are correctly documented. Arrange PPE, PTW, toolbox talks, LOTO, barricading and access controls and manage commissioning-related HSSE risks. Monitor manpower, progress and spares; report deviations and recommend corrective actions.
