Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in automotive operations, service operations, or technical operations. Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and operations management. Experience in process improvement and KPI management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Very good command of English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.

Department: OperationLocation: Giza, EgyptKey Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery. Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with Aftersales, Service Centers, Spare Parts, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure smooth operations. Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports and KPIs. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency. Identify operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Support project implementation and process optimization initiatives. Collaborate with suppliers, dealers, and internal stakeholders to improve operational performance. Monitor resource utilization and recommend cost-saving opportunities. Participate in planning manpower, equipment, and operational resources. Provide operational guidance to field teams when required.
