Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, or a relevant field.3–5 years of experience in automotive after-sales, service operations, or workshop management.Strong knowledge of automotive workshop operations and service center processes.Good understanding of workshop capacity, productivity, utilization, Fleet Rate, and operational KPIs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to work with multiple departments and follow up on performance against targets.Business Development experience is highly preferred.Experience in automotive dealerships, service centers, or after-sales operations is highly preferred.
Description
Monitor and analyze the workshop Fleet Rate and ensure optimal utilization of available workshop capacity.Track workshop capacity, productivity, efficiency, and utilization and identify areas for improvement.Develop, monitor, and evaluate KPIs for technicians, workshop engineers, and service reception teams.Prepare regular operational performance reports and highlight gaps against targets.Analyze operational data and recommend corrective actions to improve workshop efficiency and profitability.Coordinate with Workshop, Service Reception, Spare Parts, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth service operations.Monitor technician productivity and ensure proper allocation of workload according to workshop capacity.Support management in setting operational targets and performance standards.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and workshop performance.Follow up on KPI achievement and provide management with regular performance updates.Contribute to developing and implementing operational processes and procedures.Support initiatives aimed at increasing workshop revenue, customer retention, and overall after-sales performance.Participate in Business Development activities when required, particularly those related to increasing service center business and customer volume.
