About the roleSunreef Yachts is expanding its Systems Department and is looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in piping and routing design.If you are comfortable working with SolidWorks (Routing module) and enjoy developing complex, real-world systems for custom luxury yachts, this opportunity could be a great fit.Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical systems for catamarans, with a focus on piping and routing Create and manage 3D models in SolidWorks (Routing) Produce accurate 2D drawings for production and installation Ensure system integration across all departments (Electrical, Composite, Interior, Naval Architecture, Production) Optimize layouts to ensure functionality, accessibility, and efficiency onboard Support coordination between design and production teams Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, including the Routing module Experience in piping design and system layout Ability to read and produce technical schematics and installation drawings Good understanding of how systems interact within a vessel or complex environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Nice to have Previous experience in yacht or shipbuilding Knowledge of marine standards and classification societies Experience supporting installation on the production floor Benefits Work on high-end, custom luxury catamarans Be part of an international and fast-growing team Contribute to innovative projects combining design, engineering, and performance See your work come to life in real, world-class vessels Paid Annual Leave + Sick Leave Annual Ticket Visa
