About the Role We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in both robotic machining and CNC router operations. The candidate will create and optimize CNC programs, ensuring high precision for marine and composite manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:Develop CNC programs for robot machining and CNC router machines using CAM software.Generate toolpaths, simulate machining processes, and troubleshoot errors before production.Operate and support multi-axis CNC machines and robotic arms (e.g., KUKA or ABB).Optimize programs for cycle time, material usage, and machining quality.Perform machine setup, including tooling selection, fixture setup, and calibration.Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.Perform routine maintenance of machines to ensure smooth operation.Maintain proper documentation of programs and revisions.Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC programming (robot + router preferred).Strong knowledge of PowerMill (Advanced) for CNC programming.Good working knowledge of AutoCAD (Intermediate) for technical drawings.Basic knowledge of SolidWorks for part modeling is a plus.Experience with robotic machining systems is preferred.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience in robot programming and 5-axis machining is an advantage but not mandatory.Experience with 3-axis and C-axis machining will be considered an added advantage.Preferred Skills:Experience in marine, boat building, or large mold/tooling industries.Knowledge of 5-axis machining.Hands-on machine operation experience.Benefits:Competitive salary package.Opportunity to work with an international yacht manufacturing company.Career growth and technical exposure.Paid Annual Leave + Sick Leave Annual Ticket
