Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with practical knowledge of ceremonies and backlog management, is essential. Technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and the delivery lifecycle is required, along with strong communication, negotiation, and escalation skills. Experience with Jira, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project is mandatory.
