Project & Delivery ManagementCandidates should have strong hands-on experience in:• End-to-end project planning and execution.• High-level and detailed project plans.• Milestone and dependency management.• RAID management.• Resource and capacity planning.• Baseline vs. forecast tracking.• Release and Go-Live planning.• Recovery plans for delayed projects.• Executive status reporting and management dashboards.• Escalation and action tracking.
