Food & Beverage Coordinator
Enthusiastic about connecting, fostering strong relationships, and collaborating with people? As a Food & Beverage Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling the administrative tasks within the department and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
What you will be doing:
Type documents, take meeting minutes, draft letters, and manage correspondence
Support the overall operations of the hotel as required
Maintain and secure all Food & Beverage files
Assist in printing and preparing menus for the outlets
Create and maintain a Food & Beverage database (including suppliers, guests, and contacts)
Coordinate and liaise with other departments in relation to Food & Beverage and culinary operations
Assist with the purchase request process for the Food & Beverage department
Direct Food & Beverage inquiries to the appropriate outlet or department
Process monthly attendance and payroll of F&B Service and Culinary
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Should have minimum 2 years experience in similar role
Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
