Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related science, 2 years prior experience as a Field Engineer III, completion of QHSE training requirements, fluent English, strong communication and presentation skills, self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical ability, and a genuine customer-centric mindset.

One of our key customers, a leading oilfield services organization with operations across the Middle East is looking to add an Operations & Technical Engineer to their UAE-based team.This is a hands-on role with full ownership of a specific client's operation — designing, executing, and evaluating well testing jobs to a high standard, while building strong day-to-day client relationships and stepping into a supervisory capacity when required.What you'll be doing:Maintaining operational and technical proficiency in well testing services to meet client requirementsWorking with the Section Manager to develop and implement location strategy and targeted sales plans for assigned clientsAnalyzing revenue, equipment, personnel, and HSE objectives on a continuous basis, taking corrective action where neededMaintaining strong client relationships and regular contact with assigned accountsTravelling to job sites regularly to audit processes and identify areas for improvementDesigning, executing, and evaluating jobs personally, delivering best-in-class serviceStepping into a supervisory or management capacity as needed, including people, equipment, and inventory managementDealing directly with clients in a combined sales and technical capacity, presenting solutions to their challengesParticipating in proposals and tender preparation, and contributing to competitor intelligence gatheringTaking ownership of assigned clients receivables and DSO, from FST preparation through to collectionCovering the duties of the Service Leader during leave or rotationWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related science2 years prior experience as a Field Engineer IIICompletion of QHSE training requirementsFluent English, with strong communication and presentation skillsA self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical ability, and a genuine customer-centric mindsetLocation: UAE (onshore and offshore operations, rotational role)
