Ready to lead golf operations in one of Dubai's most exclusive private club environmentsDiscovery Dunes Golf Club, part of Discovery Land Company, is looking for a confident, energetic Golf Operations Supervisor to help deliver an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests.This is not a desk-based role. We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the ground with the team, understands golf, notices the small details, and knows how to create a smooth, welcoming and memorable experience from arrival through to the final putt.What You Will Do:As Golf Operations Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Golf Operations Manager and take ownership of the daily golf experience on shift, including:Lead and motivate the Golf Services team during daily operationsOversee the member and guest journey across valet, practice facilities, on-course services and post-round experienceCoach and support Golf Services Attendants, starters and marshalsEnsure golf carts, shuttles, practice areas and amenities are always presentation-readySupport opening and closing procedures, cart charging, range setup and equipment storageRespond confidently to member feedback and service recovery situationsCoordinate closely with Agronomy, Valet, Golf Shop and other operational teamsSupport scheduling, onboarding and training of the Golf Operations teamAssist with inventory, monthly counts and amenity orderingTrack daily golf activity and communicate operational feedback to managementStep in as Manager on Duty when requiredBring fresh ideas that continually elevate the golf experienceWhat We're Looking For:Previous supervisory experience in golf operations, golf services, private clubs, resorts or luxury hospitalityStrong understanding of golf etiquette, terminology and the flow of golf operationsA natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing peopleConfident, personable and comfortable engaging with members and guestsCalm and solutions-focused in fast-moving operational environmentsStrong attention to detail and pride in presentation standardsComfortable working with multicultural teamsFlexible to work weekends, holidays and varying operational shiftsComfortable working outdoorsWhy Discovery DunesDiscovery Dunes is more than a golf club.
