Job DescriptionJob PurposeTo operate and support data center infrastructure by ensuring availability, security, and optimal performance of physical and virtual environments that enable Panda Retail Company's digital and business operationsJob Responsibility:Operate data center facilities, servers, storage, and network equipment to ensure continuous system availability. Monitor data center environmental conditions including power, cooling, and alarms to maintain safe operating environments. Perform installation, configuration, and replacement of data center hardware to support infrastructure reliability. Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and hardware failures to restore services and minimize downtime. Execute approved maintenance activities, upgrades, and patches to maintain performance and security standards. Apply access control, safety, and security procedures within data center facilities to protect assets and data. Document infrastructure configurations, changes, and incidents to maintain accurate operational records. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during maintenance and incidents to ensure timely issue resolution. Support capacity monitoring and infrastructure improvement initiatives by providing operational insights and recommendations.
