Description
The Utilities Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining all utilities and refrigeration systems across the French Fries factory (brand: Fregy's). This role ensures reliable operation of critical infrastructure, energy efficiency, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of utilities performance to support uninterrupted production. RESPONSIBILITIESOversee operation and maintenance of the refrigeration plants.Manage boilers, steam distribution networks, steam accumulators, and pressure reduction stations, air compressor plants, chilled-water systems, WWTP, and diesel generators.Monitor energy KPIs (Refrigeration, boiler & steam efficiency, WWTP & Air compressors).Manage a team of (engineers, supervisors, and technicians).Monitor shift schedules, training plans, and daily performance.Build a safety and reliability culture through SOPs, training, and accountability.Lead utilities-related projectsDeliver cost-saving initiativesPrepare ROI, payback, and financial models for management decisions.Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and internal policies.Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions for breakdowns or incidents.Maintain records, audits, and reporting for utilities systems.
