Requirements

  • Ø Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. Ø 3–7 years’ experience in Interior fit-out projects (commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, F&B), Joinery, gypsum, finishing works, and MEP coordination. Ø Experience working with consultants, clients, Multiple subcontractors and suppliers Ø Strong knowledge of Fit-out construction methods and sequences, Interior finishes (Gypsum partitions, ceilings, Joinery, Flooring systems, Wall finishes and decorative works. Ø Professional in Reading and interpreting IFC drawings, Shop drawings, Specifications and BOQs. Ø Strong knowledge of Construction project lifecycle, Site coordination and logistics, Material approvals and mockups, Snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover procedures. Ø Professional in AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera, MS Office Site measurement and verification skills. Ø Ability to Manage subcontractors’ daily activities, coordinating between design, site, and MEP teams, Tracking project progress and reporting. Ø Clear verbal and written communication in English and ability to coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Site teams, Suppliers and subcontractors. Ø Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, guide and support site supervisors and foremen and Willingness to work extended hours when required. Ø Ability to enforce site discipline, quality, safety standards and strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ø Analyze drawings, specifications, site conditions critically and Support decision-making with facts and site data.

Ø Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out works Ø Review and coordinate IFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals Ø Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications Ø Coordinate architectural, interior, and MEP works to avoid clashes and delays Ø Ensure quality standards and approved method statements are followed on site Ø Monitor project progress and assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports Ø Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution and material delivery Ø Assist in identifying variations, site issues, and technical problems and report to management Ø Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements Ø Participate in inspections, snagging, de-snagging, and handover processes Ø Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation Ø Provide technical instructions to site teams within approved project scope Ø Review and recommend approval or rejection of shop drawings and materials Ø Stop working temporarily in case of safety risks or major quality non-conformance Ø Raise RFIs, NCRs, and technical queries as required Ø Coordinate directly with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical matters Ø Recommend corrective actions and improvements to the Project Manager
