Overview of the Role The Online Merchandiser is crucial in driving digital trade revenue through effective merchandising and trading across 3rd party platforms. The role involves driving online sales, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring that the brand and product portfolio are effectively merchandised, marketed, and sold through digital platforms while maintaining Toys R Us standards. This position is based in the MENA region, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive business goals. What You Will Do Manage brand and product merchandising and listing for digital platforms. Develop and execute platform specific curations to drive optimal customer experience. Monitor and analyze new products inwards, existing stock availability, and compare to product listing and sales performance. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement to drive revenue. Ensure that products are optimally merchandised, accurately listed, described, and optimized on digital and e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling product listings and promotions. Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and events to boost online sales and visibility. Coordinate with e-commerce platforms to secure featured placements and promotional opportunities. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform account strategies and decisions. Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales trends, and KPIs to senior management. Coordinate with store operations, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize insights from research to enhance account strategies and product offerings. Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals. Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
