Job TitleEmirati Talent - Graduate, MarketingRole PurposeThis is an 18-month structured graduate programme within Majid Al Futtaim, featuring on-the-job rotations across the Finance function.The programme provides a comprehensive learning experience and a strong foundation in the shopping malls industry, with exposure to multiple functions across the organisation. It is designed to develop technical, analytical, and professional capabilities through hands-on experience, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning.Key Accountabilities Six-month generalist rotations within support / business areas and twelve-months specific placement in Marketing that will provide you with specialist knowledge of our operations. Support with the day-to-day operations. Support with project management and development and do presentations. Participate on business challenges. Gain knowledge, practical exposure, and experience. Participate in all assigned development programmes. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the shopping malls industry.
