You will have the opportunity to undergo a comprehensive training program that will provide you with a solid foundation in the shopping malls industry and work in various functions within the company, gaining valuable hands-on experience and exposure.Key Accountabilities Six-month generalist rotations within support / business areas and twelve-months specific placement in Marketing that will provide you with specialist knowledge of our operations. Support with the day-to-day operations. Support with project management and development and do presentations. Participate on business challenges. Gain knowledge, practical exposure, and experience. Participate in all assigned development programmes. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the shopping malls industry. Ability to work effectively across the organization to guarantee the future success.
