They will own their category from the business development side to the growth side. They will be executing key strategic plans through building and maintaining relationships, exploring innovative ways to grow the category, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Responsibilities:Category & Business Growth: Drive category expansion, improve selection and discoverability, and deliver topline growth through data-driven commercial strategies.Digital Ads & Performance Marketing: Own and optimize on-platform digital advertising for the category, including PLA (Product Listing Ads), Brand Ads, Sponsored Ads, display/onsite advertising, and other relevant performance marketing solutions. Drive incremental traffic, visibility, conversion, and GMV while ensuring efficient ROAS and advertising ROI.Campaign & Traffic Management: Develop and execute traffic-driving campaigns, promotional events, merchandising plans, and visibility strategies to increase customer engagement, traffic, conversion, and market share.Brand Advertising & Joint Business Planning: Work closely with brand partners to develop joint digital advertising plans, identify high-potential products/SKUs, allocate advertising budgets, and maximize brand visibility across the noon platform.Inventory & Availability: Ensure products remain in stock by managing replenishment, reducing lead times, improving forecast accuracy, and optimizing supply chain efficiency.Selection & Discoverability: Expand assortment and improve product discoverability by identifying selection gaps, onboarding relevant SKUs, optimizing catalog quality, and improving product visibility across the platform.Traffic & Conversion: Analyze the customer funnel from impressions → clicks → product views → add-to-cart → conversion, identify drop-offs, and implement actions to improve traffic quality and conversion rates.Vendor Management: Act as the main point of contact for key brands, build strong partnerships, negotiate commercial opportunities, and align on joint business plans, promotions, advertising investments, and growth targets.Analytics & Insights: Monitor GMV, traffic, conversion, ROAS, CPC, CTR, ad spend, market share, price competitiveness, OOS, and other key KPIs.
