Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, stock control, and kitchen operations is essential, as is the ability to supervise and motivate a team. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on portion control, food waste, and cost management, are also necessary. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is expected.
