You will uncover root-cause insights, identify trends, and deliver data-driven recommendations that directly influence decision-making.Working in close partnership with Learning & Development teams, you will provide analytical expertise to support strategic initiatives, measure program effectiveness, and enable the business to operate with greater precision and impact.Key job responsibilities Develop and maintain data collection processes and data management systems Design and execute SQL queries to compile, transform, and generate reports Create visualizations — charts, graphs, and dashboards (Tableau, QuickSight) — to support business decision-making and dive-deep activities Build automation solutions using Python to streamline recurring analyses Prepare and publish reports for business reviews (WBR, QBR, project updates) Partner with leadership to interpret data trends and provide actionable recommendations Conduct in-depth research into defect trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities Perform data collection, entry, and mining as needed to support operational goals Translate complex analyses into clear, digestible standard reports Support Learning team projects with analytical expertise and data-driven insightsBasic Qualifications Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Preferred Qualifications Speak, write, and read fluently in EnglishOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
