The HR Admin Associate supports day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment administration, onboarding, mobilization, employee records, travel coordination, payroll inputs, reporting, and compliance. The role requires strong coordination, accuracy, confidentiality, and timely support to employees, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Support recruitment data entry, onboarding, HR induction, employee mobilization, and related documentation through Workday and other HR systems.
Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, MOL/WPS updates, HR reports, and employee lifecycle documentation in line with confidentiality and compliance requirements.
Coordinate visa, work permit, residency, travel, accommodation, payroll inputs, per diem claims, and employee data updates with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Respond to employee and candidate queries and provide timely HR administrative support across HR operations, reporting, audits, and documentation reviews.
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–4 years of HR administration, HR operations, or employee services experience, preferably in the oil & gas sector in the UAE.
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms, onboarding, mobilization, visa processes, payroll coordination, travel administration, and employee documentation.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint; project-based industry experience is advantageous.
