Education Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory). Professional certifications related to electrical engineering or project management are an advantage.
Experience Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical engineering, design, and estimation. Proven experience managing engineering design for Low Voltage Power Distribution Panels or similar electrical products. Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Technical Skills Strong knowledge of LV switchboards, distribution panels, motor control centers (MCC), and power distribution systems. Familiarity with IEC standards and industry regulations. Ability to prepare technical calculations, BOMs, and cost estimations. Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant electrical design software. Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production requirements. Working with any OEM s (Schneider/ABB/Siemens/Eaton) Panels is highly preferred. Hands-on experience in using EPlan software. Hands-on experience in different design studies like short circuit, relay coordination, plc programing etc.
