Requirements
Requires 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience, a strong portfolio, excellent UX, interaction, visual design, and prototyping skills. Must have strong Figma and design systems experience, experience with user research, accessibility, and product analytics. Ability to use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools effectively, understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS or coded prototyping), and experience solving complex B2B, enterprise, or similar product challenges. Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering is essential, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity, make trade-offs, influence stakeholders, and communicate clearly. Arabic/English and RTL design experience is a plus.
