Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in strategy, operations development, labour market, Emiratisation, organizational transformation, or consulting.

  • Demonstrated experience in providing advisory support to executive leadership and leading development and process re-engineering projects.
