Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience within the Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Manufacturing sectors.Experience in workshop operations or oilfield services is highly preferred.NEBOSH IGC and/or IOSH certification is preferred.Good knowledge of ISO 45001, PTW systems, risk assessment, and incident investigation.Good command of English.Willingness to travel between company locations and operational sites.Personal SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent observation and hazard identification abilities.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Our expertise includes OCTG Services, API & Premium Connection Rethreading, Machine Shop Manufacturing, Repair, Bucking Operations, Welding, Hard banding, and related workshop and field services. Job PurposeWe are seeking a proactive HSE Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System. The successful candidate will promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with HSE regulations, and help maintain a safe working environment across all company locations. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct routine HSE inspections across workshops and operational sites.Monitor compliance with company HSE policies, ISO 45001 requirements, and client safety procedures.Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) implementation and safe work practices.Participate in risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and hazard identification activities.Report, investigate, and follow up on incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.Monitor PPE compliance and promote safe working behaviors.Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and regulatory documentation.Support emergency response drills and HSE audits.Work closely with Operations, QA/QC, and Maintenance teams to improve workplace safety.This position is site-based and requires working on a rotational schedule at the company's operational sites. It is not an office-based position.
