Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry. Must have strong knowledge of water (RO) and wastewater treatment processes, expertise in process design, hydraulic calculations, engineering documentation, and equipment selection. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications, along with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities is required.

Job RoleResponsible for evaluating tenders and inquiries specifications, preparing techno-commercial Proposals and expert in designs, drawings, costing, SOWs, BOQs, and reports, OPEX and perperation of technical submittals whilst ensuring that the company provides the best-optimized solution required to execute tender or inquiry to win the project successfully. Required to provide technical process support to the project team for awarded projects. Responsible for undertaking complete process and detailed hydraulic Design for Water Treatment Plants including RO, UF, DI, UV and other disinfection methods plus all types of water filtration and other Membrane technologies for water and wastewater (DM Water..etc), and also provide sales activities to drive business opportunities and project acquisition of the above mentioned systems for both municipal and industrial applications.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare process designs, hydraulic calculations, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and technical submittals.Review tender documents and develop optimized technical and commercial proposals.Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and life-cycle cost analyses.Coordinate proposal submissions and ensure timely completion.Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments throughout the bidding process.Support project teams during project execution, commissioning, and troubleshooting.Identify innovative technologies and process improvements to enhance project competitiveness.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.3–5 years of post-qualification experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry.SkillsStrong knowledge of water (RO) and wastewater treatment processes.Experience in process design, optimization, and process simulation.Expertise in hydraulic calculations and engineering documentation.Expertise in equipment selection, RO & UF plants assembly, installation, testing and commissioning.Knowledge of international process engineering standards.Cost estimation and budgeting skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
