Ensure that daily warehouse meet daily performance expectations.Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and labor performance. Relate and consolidate all the company DC’s stocks with a coding system Mentor in Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy. Communicate job expectations and coach employees. Determine staffing levels and assign workload. Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained. Communicate and collaborate with other team members Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers. Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and truck maintenance. Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; and recommending improvements. Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
