Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
8–10 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out project execution in the UAE.
Sound knowledge of MEP, UAE regulations, authority approvals and project documentation standards.
Proficient in project management tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD.
Good understanding of joinery, fit-out materials, and construction methodologies.
SOE membership is a plus
