The role involves implementing a contemporary, evidence-based model of care focused onthe prevention and management of skin and tissue injuries. The role will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care and patient outcomes. This position requires a deep understanding of wound care principles, clinical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement in patient care practices.Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based wound care management plans. Lead staff training programs and coordinate multidisciplinary care efforts to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Establish and standardize clinical practices and protocols to maintain consistency in care delivery. Continuously evaluate and improve care practices through quality improvement initiatives and integration of new research findings.
